Thermic oil pipe repair in Pipeduct with Wencon Hi-Temp

On board of a container vessel we repaired the thermic oil pipe with the following products. After inspection and  making of a repairplan, we started in the pipeduct. First we removed all insulation from the pipe and cleaned the pipe with cleaner for a clean proper surface. The first layer is the yellow Hi-Temp coating which we clear out on the pipe, after this went installed the bandage on the pipe. After the first layer we clear out the second green layer the third yellow layer and the fourth green layer. These four layers have to dry for approx 12 hrs to have good hardness to operate. Total work for this was approx 6 hrs work, without any hotwork.
