One of the services we can offer you, is the execution of repairs during port stay of inland and seagoing vessels with a backup from our workshop in Schiedam.   During the port stay of the vessel, all steelwork damages or worn out equipment and pipelines can be measured, prefabricated and installed.  

Our pipe fabricators, steelworkers and welders are qualified to use various types of materials Such as:

Special  cargo securing :Of break bulk cargo and other heavy equipment on board of vessels or pontoons can also be executed.  

On site machining: Boring, Broaching, Drilling,   

Coolers: Plate coolers cleaning and repairing, pressure testing Tube coolers cleaning and repairing, pressure testing.   Electrical: Installation and/or troubleshooting of electrical work can be performed by us.     

Industrial Maintenance and repair:   The works we perform on board is also in our package in the industry. The team of men we have on board can also use there skills to repair or do maintenance works on refinery’s, power plants ect. ect.  

Industrial new building projects:   Building pump skids, generator skids, constructions and pipelines for the heavy industry can also be executed.   

Technical assistance:   Furthermore our technicians can assist superintendents, ships officers and crew. With our broad experience and knowledge of maritime and industrial mechanical and electrical challenges, we can help you solve almost any arising problem on sea or ashore  

Certified welding:   As mentioned before, our welders are qualified in several welding disciplines, All our welders are skilled in several welding techniques.

Our Certified International welding specialist may give you the answer your question on a difficult welding problem, by providing you with a plan of approach, along with a welding procedure specification.

Supply: We can supply the most of the technical materials, equipment or tools which are in use or required on board or in the industry.
